Most people seem to be already unofficially working 12-14 hours per day, nearing to 60-70 hours per week, without overtime or additional pay. At a lot of companies, working hours start at 9-10 AM but they go on till 9 PM-12 AM due to additionally forced tasks, workloads and other meetings.
