I found an old Samsung Galaxy A5 from work which I never returned and the company has closed down since. The phone is encrypted and I don't even remember my pattern at the time talking about 2017 or so. How can I do a factory reset on it? I tried to get into bootloader but couldn't' Any ideas?

Cannot use remote desktop anymore through NordVPN. I have to physicall login to the remote PC, disable NordVPN first, then re-enable NordVPN and only then it allows me to use remote desktop
