Adjustment Card in Yes or No spread

So I’ve just asked my tarot for a yes or no answer for the very first time. It was supposed to be a quick answer so I only picked one card. I got adjustment. Now, as it’s my first time doing this, I wasn’t entirely sure about the meaning as it’s a rather neutral card, I went to check if lists online consider this card a yes or a no. And well… I’ve checked 5 different lists and „adjustment“ is never on it? On no side? Not even for a „maybe“… (Maybe I’m also just legally blind) But I’ve wanted to ask you how you’d interpret this card alone.

(I’ve picked a second card for clarification already, so I got my answer, but I’m really curious what you guys think)
