Any tips for building strength for chopper/invert
Does anyone have any advice/tips/recommendations on how to build strength for a clean chopper? I’ve been stuck kicking up into it for a while now & one of my goals for this year is to get a clean chopper. Granted I’ve only been poling for almost a year now (will be a year late march). Just wanted to ask if anyone has any tips on how they achieved it. I know everything comes with time but wanted to ask the community for any advice 🥹 please & thank you!
