So I’m working on cleaner inverts, BOP & my Spatchcock stretch. My pancake over split is great.

Being self-taught pisses me off sometimes because it’s like I’m capable of doing certain moves. However, because I don’t know what to muscle groups to engage, I end up not unlocking the moves.
