What will happen if in India suddenly all Guys stop giving unnecessary attention to women ?

What will happen if in India suddenly all Guys stop giving unnecessary attention to girls and only talk to girls only when they have some work to do , like only talk to the girl if adds some value or if the guy has some work from her? Like guys just stop approaching girls in their schools , universities, neighborhoods, workplace for anything apart from work. I want you people to comment your imaginations here.
