Weird bubble stuff on my acrylic sheet????

Hi I made a glass painting on a acrylic sheet a while ago and put it up on my wall I recently noticed that instead of it being clear the sheet is now cloudy and weird Like bubbles? I have no idea whatever it is I’m attaching a photo and I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me pinpoint wtf is happening 😭
