Bethesda - Please link very desirable rewards to fun activities! Getting the new Gatling Plasma plans is just not fun

No one wants to grind Collision Course or Nuclear Keycards. I have been server hopping over and over again. To get nothing. It is not fun. You can make rewards rare - but link it to something fun. Games are supposed to be fun. Not server hoping trying to find a 0.05% percent chance to get something.
