EARTHQUAKE! Something to think about

Is it just a coincidence, or is something more going on? Most of the earthquakes in Delhi seem to strike late at night, when the city is asleep. Could this be a natural pattern, or is there something—perhaps even government testing—that we aren’t being told about?
