How to blur white space easily?

Good morning, dear community. I've been trying for days to figure out how to blur the white areas with this effect. I really can't find a way to do it quickly. I'm currently using the "No Crop" app - but it's disrupting my workflow. I bought the Pro version and it really doesn't work? Does anyone have any ideas?

Guten Morgen liebe Community. Ich versuche seit Tagen herauszufinden wie ich die weißen Bereiche mit diesem weichzeichner Effekt. Ich finde wirklich keine Möglichkeit das schnell umzusetzen. Benutze gerade die App "No Crop" - das stört aber meinen Workflow. ich habe die Pro Version gekauft und das funktioniert wirklich nicht einfach? hat irgendjemand eine idee?
