Looking for a future puppy

Has anyone bought from the vicarage kennels in Wrexham, Wales, UK. Or recommend any other whippet breeders around the Manchester area please. Would prefer real life experiences. We already have a different breed that when we brought her home she had a heart murmur. We had already fallen in love & she's here with us, but ongoing meds are an expense that we can't double. And we lost our other dog to a brain tumour in the last couple of months, again, vet costs were expensive & she had 3 different operations before she heartbreakingly passed away. Our heart murmur baby isn't doing well without her older sister & isn't doing well being alone for the first time in her life
