Butt [acne] struggling for years please help 🥲🥲

I’ve attached pictures (obviously warning) I’ve been struggling with this for YEARS. Is it KP? Folliculitis? I am not sure what type of acne it is.

I’ve started using the panoxyol 10% benzoyl peroxide everyday for the past three weeks. (And it seems like it’s doing something, but just not enough). Then I let it dry and use cerave moisturising lotion for dry skin then I wait 5 minutes and apply e45 cream (since my skin can be really dry).

But the acne itself has never been itchy or painful I just don’t know how to get rid of it. I’ve also tried tea tree oil before but that did close to nothing. Any suggestions would be really appreciated
