Bike overhaul for old model

Newbie here, worth it pa po ba irestore yung mga ganitong model?

Matagal na hindi nagagamit. Nabubulok na siguro to for 7++ yrs.

Any advice on what to parts to keep, what to upgrade etc. At tatanggapin po ba for siya for overhaul ng mga bike mechanics. Di ko alam kung lost cause na ba siya o pwede pa 🤣
