Zacian/Zamazenta ETB Plus long term value?

Hey guys, my friends have been bugging me to get back into the mainline games and TCG for years now and they finally got their wish. I haven't bought packs since around Neo Genesis, so I figured since it's the 25th anniversary it would be a good time to grade and sell my old cards and get back into playing with the new sets. I don't intend to collect other than holding onto anything valuable that I may pull, but I'm thinking about buying extra ETBs to hold on to sealed in addition to the ones I'm opening.

I bought an extra set of Ice Rider and Shadow Rider PC exclusive ETBs, and I plan to do the same or more with Evolving Skies since it seems like it has a disproportionate amount of cards that every collector seems interested in. I'm wondering about the Zacian and Zamazenta ETB Plus though. They're only going for a little over MSRP, but it's been over a month since they sold out. I read that they were restocks, so I'm wondering if these will increase slower over time compared to other ETBs. From what I can tell, out of all the ETBs they seem only second to the Ultra Premium Collection in terms of collector value, since they are arguably the nicest looking, come with promo cards and when bought as a set they have all the same contents as the Ultra Premium Collection but with even more packs (though you do miss out on the cool box art).

What do you guys think? Do you think these are worse, about the same, or better buys than other ETBs for holding on to? Thanks!
