Why does AFO's Voice and Dialogue feel off?

All For One feels weird compared to other characters voice-wise for multiple reasons

• Barely Audible Voice Lines
• Almost None of the Subtitles for his Lines are Correct
• The Voice Clip for him when he is revived from Revive Cards is in Japanese

He's been out for a while and doesn't seem like the Devs have touched on these (namely the last 2). Not a deal breaker, he still clearly kicks alot of ass, but still feels off. I'm not the only one who feels this way am I?
