G4 feels like the Peak. Surely only marginal increments from here

I've just taken delivery of my G4 65 so excuse the positioning. I've been dying to check out some FOOTball(soccer to some) and let's just say it was worth the wait. Netflix 4k dolby vision feels like I'm having an unprecedented tv experience almost like I'm experiencing colors again in a whole new way. The infamous inky blacks is the stuff of sorcery. Now i know there'll always be folks who'll always buy the newest tech but sitting here now my immediate thought is that if this panel holds out for the next ten years I will be quite happy to keep it and not upgrade, and still not miss out. I'm feeling pretty luxurious. I know the G4 is a fan favourite in the tv world it certainly is here and G5 is on preorder so it's imminent but does anyone else feel the same? Sure they're gonna continue to crank up brightness and frame rates up and maybe thinner tvs if thats even possible. I may just be naive of LGs tech loaded up for the near future but surely things can't get THAT better than the G4!!
