What are you guys favorite dark fantasy RPGs?

So today, I just wanted to discuss the dark fantasy genre of RPGs as I was considering getting into Conan the Barbarian in general as I know that is a novel franchise, but I wanted to explore the dark fantasy side of RPGs to see if there were games that sort of paid tribute to the original run of the series.

For instance, let’s say the game feels like Conan in that the main character is a muscle warrior who carries a sword around, but the difference is that the character is a girl with an empathic weapon in that the weapon can speak on its own while the world is dark as the monsters are Eldritch creatures that are bloodthirsty as they consume the souls of humans. Basically what I am getting at is that the world of the game is very twisted where humanity is on the verge of extinction due to the concept of a cynical atmosphere.
