Am I asking too much or she's clearly not interested?

(16M) here, she's (17F).

For the past two months, we haven't been able to talk much. And I don't mean the usual "LDR once-a-week serious talk" kind of thing—I mean barely any real conversation at all. I get that she's busy with her boards, and I respect that. But what I don’t understand is, can people really be that busy? I text back within minutes, but her replies take 3-4 hours. Sometimes, I get left on seen.

I’m not asking for hours of her time. Just 20-30 minutes of quality time once a week. That’s all. But even that seems too much.

I’ve written poems, long messages, emotional support texts—but either they go unread, get a dry response, or just feel completely ignored. She’s treating me like some guy chasing her one-sidedly, not like someone she actually wants to be with.

She didn’t put in any effort for our anniversary, for Valentine’s—nothing. And whenever things get distant like this, she always says she wants a break. But here's the thing: she never takes a break from other people. Just me.

I've expressed my feelings multiple times. She apologizes in the moment, but the next day, it’s back to the same cycle. I even tried talking again yesterday, and she just made my questions fade out.

So, to all the girls out there—am I lacking somewhere? Is there something I don’t see? Because I’m starting to feel like I’m just wasting my effort on something that’s already over.
