Best car strictly under 10L?

Hey guys, please help me in choosing a petrol (manual) car, final price must not exceed 10L. Points to be noted:

1) Good headroom, mileage and reliability.

2) Very basic & important features are enough. (we don't even use music system or steering controls in our current car)
