Runners with BED?
I’ve been running for the past few years and just this year I started to up my miles and joined my high school cross country team. After the season I started to binge eat insane amounts of food. Now that it’s track season I still struggle with binge eating but I’m just curious if anyone else was dealing with the same thing. My practice was cancelled today and I got home and ate everything I could get my hands on. My stomach hurts so much now😞
